ABOUT WARD 7
Cleveland’s Ward 7 is newly redistricted and its boundaries can certainly be confusing due to unfamiliarity. Ward 7 spans some of the city’s most vital neighborhoods. In the simplest terms, the newly shaped ward roughly encompasses: the Downtown Cleveland lakefront (Browns Stadium, Burke Airport, Cuyahoga River included), The Flats, Tremont, Ohio City, and the eastern half of the Detroit Shoreway neighborhoods. Ward 7 is truly a melting pot of everything and everyone imaginable. It’s what makes it such a unique and special place. Such a diverse community deserves leadership that is comfortable with people from all backgrounds and all walks of life. And a leader who is willing to fight for them and be visible not only on a local stage, but even at the state or federal stages if needed.
